Repatriation Flight! Air Europa Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner Arriving + Departing | Toronto Pearson Int’lWe’ve got another repatriation flight; this one from another airline that has never been in Toronto before; Air Europa sending in a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner from Madrid to Toronto and Dallas. The reason for this repatriation flight was to take nearly six hundred students with scholarships from the Amancio Ortega Foundation in Spain.
The times for these flights was both really early and really late. AEA837 flew from Madrid to Toronto, arriving on RWY 24R at 0435hrs and parked at Terminal 3 for the offload and on-load. Since Toronto’s action has drastically dropped in the last few weeks, the flight was free to sit on the gate for the whole day. They pushed back as AEA838 heading back to Madrd at 0018hrs on RWY 33R.
