20 BIG PLANE LANDINGS + DEPARTURES – ALL Black A340 + Fast Boeing 767 Takeoff (4K)20 big planes at Düsseldorf. The black Airbus A340 of Hifly was the most beautiful Airbus A340-300 I have ever seen. Right now this Airbus is parked at Teruel in Spain and we are quite sure this beauty won` t fly again. Not the best time for airlines anyway which are focused on subcharters. That` s an impressive development and it shows how soon the econmy can change. A few months ago Hifly, Euro Atlantic and other charter airlines didn` t even have enaugh planes to respond to the demand due to the Boeing 737 Max issues. Now, a few months later most of their airplanes are gorunded and even the Airbus A380 of Hifly is parked in France.

Azur Air Germany used to be a company which operated three Boeing 767`s out of Düsseldorf. Sadly they had to cease operations after a year because a B767 with 350 seats wasn` t the best choice for an airport with a runway length of around 3000m. Often the Boeing 767` s had to leave some luggage behind on their long haul routes because the MTOW was exceeded.
