Repatriation Flight! Kenn Borek Air Turbine DC-3 Parked + Departing RWY 06L | Toronto Pearson Int’lHello everyone! Welcome to this video!

Well, this is one of the coolest movements I have seen all year and it turns out to be a repatriation flight; a Kenn Borek Air Douglas DC-3!

It has been several years since one has been to Toronto; the last one being Breitling’s own Douglas DC-3 on the World Tour in 2017 but this one is a really cool treat and a modified version of it known as the Basler BT-67 which contains modulations in the wings, fuselage and mainly the engines.

As for the movement, this was a repatriation flight as the aircraft was bringing people down from a ship that had gotten stranded near the North Pole to repatriate them to Europe and the United States. The aircraft arrived as KAB168 at 0236hrs from Churchill and parked at Signature before moving over to Sky Service to overnight. They departed under the same flight number headed for Winnipeg at 1512hrs the same day off of RWY 06L. Enjoy the video everyone!

Cheers,
Ernest G.
