CEB slashes China, Hong Kong fares by up to 80%

 Cebu Pacific (PSE:CEB) holds a seat sale to China from May 21 to 24, 2012 or until seats last. Select ASEAN and domestic destinations are also up for sale. 


For travel from June 1 to September 30, 2012, passengers can buy P488 seats from Cebu or Kalibo to Hong Kong, and P888 seats from Manila to Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai or Xiamen. This translates to savings as much as 78% for mainland China destinations and as much as 80% for Hong Kong routes. 


Meanwhile, for travel from June 15 to July 31, 2012, passengers can buy P88 seats from Cebu to Kalibo, and P488 seats from Manila to Kalibo, and from Cebu to Puerto Princesa. Kalibo is a gateway to world-renowned Boracay Island. 

Those traveling from July 1 to September 30, 2012 can also buy P88 Cebu hub seats. These P88 seats are for travel from Cebu to Bacolod, Clark, Davao, Dumaguete, Iloilo, Legazpi, Ozamiz, Pagadian, Tacloban or Zamboanga; from Cagayan de Oro to Iloilo; from Davao to Cagayan de Oro or Iloilo; and from Zamboanga to Tawi-Tawi. 

P188 seats are also available from Manila to Laoag, Legazpi or Tuguegarao. 

The same travel period is available for the following seat sales: P888 seats from Manila to Ho Chi Minh; P1,088 seats from Manila to Hanoi or Siem Reap; P1,888 seats from Manila to Bangkok; and 50% off seats from Manila to Osaka. 

“CEB continues to offer amazing travel deals to key destinations in the Philippines and in Asia. We encourage guests to take advantage of this seat sale, especially since it can offer fare savings as much as 80%,” said CEB VP for Marketing and Distribution Candice Iyog. 

Iyog added that guests can also book hotel deals through its partnership with agoda.com, leading Asia-based online hotel reservations company that specializes in the lowest discount hotel prices. Its network includes more than 160,000 hotels worldwide. 

Lite Fares are inclusive of 7 kilos hand-carry baggage allowance but exclusive of check-in baggage, government taxes, fees and fuel surcharges ranging from P250-P500 for domestic routes and $15-$50 for international routes.
