COVID-19 Contrail Spotting – 10 Planes in 12 HOURS!In the time of the global pandemic, air traffic above Europe, in my case above Split, Croatia, is at a all time low! From 8am to 8pm, there was only 10 aircraft visible in the sky above Split and close by. In the pre COVID-19 days, that number would have been in the hundreds. Out of the 10 aircraft, 8 were filmed, the missing two were blocked by cloud cover.
