Repatriation Flight! China Southern Airlines Airbus A380 Arriving Departing | Toronto Pearson Int’lToday, we have got one of the coolest repatriation flight movements of the year; a China Southern Airlines Airbus A380-800, originally thinking it would have been cargo but confirmed a repatriation flight for students heading back to China. A first visit to Toronto and one of two airlines seen operating an Airbus A380 during COVID-19 (China Southern Airlines and HiFly).

CSN8431 departing Guangzhou enroute for Toronto and landed on RWY 24R at 0740hrs, several minutes ahead of schedule. There they taxied for Gate C34A at Terminal 3 (the first time Terminal 3 has handled an Airbus A380). After completing the onload, the flight pushed off, taxied and departed as CSN8432 on RWY 24R heading to Chengdu as a planned fuel stop at 1111hrs.
