FSX Boeing 717-200 Update

FSX Boeing 717-200 Update. This is an update for FSX of the Delta Boeing 717-200 by Eagle Rotorcraft Simulations from the Eric Cantu/SGA original. I have changed the panel by adding a hud and some gauges to both the VC and the 2D panels; changed the eyepoint to the best of the 3 that were in the aircraft.cfg file; added the rest of the wheels and corrected the contact points as needed; changed the sound; and I also updated the flight dynamics.
