(4K) (Rare) Antonov AN-124, Ilyushin IL-76 at Chicago O’Hare, Plane Spotting Watching AirplanesI always love it when rare airplanes come to the Orchard in a two-pack!! Both of these flew in to Chicago O’Hare on the same day… the Ilyushin in the morning, the Antonov in the afternoon and both from where else but Anchorage! What was once pretty much a very rare, yearly event is now an almost bi-weekly occurrence these past few months… but I’m not taking it for granted for sure. Going to film these guys every chance I get. Now all I need is the Antonov An-225! I’ve been considering a special trip to go get it but it needs some logistical planning. Oh well, even if it doesn’t work out I still got the big Herpa model aircraft. 🙂
