Coming up currently in Canada making headlines all around the country is the 43rd Canadian Federal Election. This means that for aviation enthusiasts across Canada, there will be some chances to see several election planes a couple times through the months of September and October as the political leaders trek through a forty day campaign before the election is held on October 21st.

For the 2019 Canadian Federal Election, three out of the six leaders are using commercial airlines but only two of those have titles on them so I have only chose to focus on those two specifically. The second one is Justin Trudeau of the Liberal Party of Canada using an Air Transat Boeing 737 to campaign across Canada, interestingly the exact same aircraft and registration he used in 2015. His aircraft was the second into Toronto in mid-September but I wasn’t able to properly catch it until mid-October when he arrived and then a departure before that as well on his campaign journey.
