AIRBUS A380 CROSSWIND LANDING and DEPARTURE + AIRBUS A340-500 Departure during bad weatherYesterday a special visitor showed up at Düsseldorf. There are just a few Airbus A340-500 left in operation and Kuwait visited us yesterday on their way back home from New York. They just stayed an hour at Düsseldorf for a fuel stop, although I am kinda surprised the A345 didn` t make it from JFK to Kuwait. Kinda impossible, so probably they dropped someone off at DUS.

In addition I also filmed the Airbus A380 which landed just five minutes after the Airbus A340-500 departed. It` s always impressive to watch this big bird land on our 2700m runway at Düsseldorf.
