Close – up Departures and Landings

EXTREME close – up Departures and Landings – Boeing 747-8, Airbus A340-600 and more Cargospotter  CargospotterClose – up Landings of several Airbus and Boeing` s at Düsseldorf Airport. Most of you probably know my crosswind aviation videos from Düsseldorf. I always use a Canon 5dmarkiii and film with a focal distance of 1600mm. I place my camera on a tripod behind the runway and the video is static because it` s very hard to keep a moving camera steady with a focal distance of 1600mm which is almost the zoom of a telescope.

Last week I went to the airport and tried to follow arriving and departing planes with a focal distance of 1600mm. The result was not perfect but I am very content with the result. I will try it again in the upcomming weeks.
