FS2004 – Lockheed L1049 Air France

FS2004 – Lockheed L1049 Air France. The aircraft represented – F-BGNA – was actually a 1049C, the first delivered to Air France, which arrived at Orly on 26th June, 1953 and entered service on 16th July. It flew the Atlantic on the first class Parisien service, but was destroyed on 3rd August, 1954 after belly landing at Preston, Connecticut as a result of running out of fuel when diverting from New York to Boston.
