PACIFIC OCEAN (February 15, 2016) Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (Handling) 3rd Class Kenny Ngo signals the pilots of an MV-22 Osprey, attached to Marine Medium Tilt Rotor Squadron (VMM) 166 (Reinforced), that the aircraft is unchained to the flight deck of amphibious assault ship USS Boxer (LHD 4) during flight operations. More than 4,500 Sailors and Marines from the Boxer Amphibious Group and the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit (13th MEU) are transiting the Pacific Ocean to the 3rd, 5th and 7th Fleet areas of operations.
