U.S. Marines with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 262 (Reinforced), 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit conduct flight operations off of the flight deck of the USS Peleliu (LHA-5) at sea near the Philippines as part of exercise PHIBLEX 15. PHIBLEX 15 is an annual bilateral training exercise conducted by the Armed Forces of the Philippines, U.S. Marines and Navy in order to strengthen interoperability across a range of capabilities to include disaster relief and contingency operations.
