FS2004 – British Spitfire MK Vb Vintage 1942. This is a simulation of a British Supermarine Spitfire MK Vb as delivered from the factory in early 1942. It has the Merlin 45 series engine and full length wings. No “modern” GPS or VOR’s. Model and Textures by A.F. Scrub. Sounds by Des Braban.  Tweaks to the panels and flight dynamics by Dave Bitzer. The tweaks are to simulate published performance in speed, range, maximum weight, and altitude of the aircraft when new. e.g. a Combat Range of 410 nm on internal fuel. A Combat Radius Radius 410 nm with an external tank of 50 or more US gallons.
