Extremely Hard Landing at Phoenix Runway 25R Alaska 737-800

Approach and Visual Hard Landing fgrom Deer valley to edge of scottsdale, twards tempe and down the line to 25R.

Alaska Airlines Flight 630 From Seattle. July 14, 2010

. It was a funky approach with no traffic. Was too high turning final (I could see Glide Slope Light from 26 indicating 4 White). Then went down to the correct glide slope but then was too slow and couldnt flare.

Im guessing the Virtical Speed @ Touchdown was -200 to -400 FPM. Usually anything under -100 is a good landing.

Here is video from my flight home from Seattle, WA 2010. It was supposed to be a 737-900 but after 3 gate changes they changed it to a -800.
