Turbolence on Flight Buenos Aires Ezeiza to London Heathrow

Part of the video I recorded below was shown on Channel 4- UK series “Terror in the Skies”. Aired on 30 June 2013.

Less than an hour into the flight and as we were about to be served our first meal. We were flying over the border region of Argentina/Uruguay/Brazil.
The heavy turbulance lasted for an excrutiating 10 minutes.
The pilot told us it was the worst case he experienced in his 30 years career…but he only admitted to that after we safely landed in London 11 hours later.
