SR Technics: Thomas Kennedy appointed as Regional Vice President Sales Asia

Thomas Kennedy has been appointed as Regional Vice President of Sales, Asia of the Mubadala Aerospace MRO network. He will lead the Asia sales team out of Singapore and will report directly to Frédéric Dupont, Head of Global Sales of the Mubadala Aerospace MRO network.

Thomas Kennedy has a long-standing technical and commercial background with 23 years in the international aerospace industry, with a strong track record in MRO operations, commercial sales and business development in the aftermarket sectors.

He started his career in the United States Marine Corps in 1989. He then joined Liebherr Aerospace in 1994 where he assumed various technical and commercial leadership roles within the organization. In 2006 he relocated to Singapore where he took the role of General Manager for Liebherr Aerospace leading Asia Pacific customer support and MRO operations. In 2012, Thomas Kennedy joined Parker Aerospace in Singapore as Director of Business Development APMEA. Thomas Kennedy has a strong network in the aerospace community and in Singapore thanks to his recent role as Chief Executive (interim) for the Association of Aerospace Industries and also serving on the management committee over several years.

Thomas Kennedy holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Cleary University, Michigan, USA, and has a technical certification from the FAA as an airframe and power plant technician.
