Virtual United Airlines April 2013 Report

vuaApril was a busy month for vUnited Airlines, we have surpassed any of our expectations for growth predictions or activity. A big thank you to our partners, your efforts and offers have been the foundation for the connections which are essential to a well run VA. In addition, this community would not be possible without the help of our pilots and staff. Words cannot summarize the success of the virtual airline, but we will try to anyway. Here are the statistics since we opened six weeks ago:

vUnited also boasts a wide array of awards and recognitions for our outstanding staff and crew. Although our Recognitions Ceremony was canceled this month, we would like to take the oppurtunity to congratulate the following for April 2013:

vUAL has also begun its transition to v2.0 which will feature a new ACARS followed shortly there after by a newly-designed web site. v2.0 will be more user-oriented with simple design and easy to navigate pages. The ACARS and web site have been in Beta testing for the past week and will go live in the coming month. Stay tuned for more!

With the coming of the new site, vUAL is launching a campaign program to all new pilots from now until 1 June 2013. All new pilots will receive 1000 vUAL Reward Points and 200 FREE transfer hours. Pilots who have already registered can receive 200 hours towards their rank if they so wish (email
