Veling sells one ATR 72-212A to PT Pelita Air Service, Indonesia

Veling Ltd, a Mauritius-based aircraft leasing company, sold an ATR 72-212A to PT Pelita Air Service, a fully owned subsidiary of Pertamina (Indonesia State Oil and Gas Company),based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The airline provides executive transport, charters and oil support operations in the Indonesian region.

In a joint statement, Uday Nayak, Chairman and Nirvan Veerasamy, Managing Director ofVeling Ltd said “We are gratified by the trust and confidence from PT Pelita Air Service and we look forward to working with the airline towards the successful introduction of this new aircraft type to their operations.

This sale represents our first transaction to an airline based in the rapidly growing Indonesian economy. We will continue to seek opportunities in such high growth regions and to remain close to our customers”.
