Moscow Domodedovo airport welcomes G-20

All the year round business meetings and conferences of leading economists — ministers of finance, Sherpas, central bank governors — will take place in Moscow and Saint Petersburg. Under the chairmanship of Russia G-20 leaders are to discuss decision-taking-strategy on current world economy problems.

In accordance with high international standards, Moscow Domodedovo airport provides top-priority service and conditions for foreign delegations. For example, border control will be carried out at reserved passport check-points. VIP Lounge and official delegations hall traditionally meet governmental and diplomatic delegations, where meeting rooms are at guests’ disposal.

Special employees (volunteers) will accompany the members of G-20 summit who travel through Domodedovo. The airport provides all the conditions, including free of charge parking, in order they could stay there for day-and-night. Special employees (volunteers) and airport staff will be ready to lend information support to members of G-20 summit.

Moscow Domodedovo airport Igor Borisov comments: “On regular basis Domodedovo provides top-priority service for members of major international events — economy forums, sporting contests. In previous year guests of APEC travelled through our airport. This year G-20 and Summer Universiade in Kazan are on agenda. In nearest future Russia will host great international sporting events and airport Domodedovo is prepared to take part in organizational process lending necessary support to guests and delegates”.
