FSX – DeHavilland Cirrus Seaplane A7-13

 

FSX – DeHavilland Cirrus Seaplane A7-13. A repaint for the Golden Age Simulations freeware De Havilland DH60X Seaplane. A7-13 c/n 414 was one of 20 Cirrus Moths delivered to an early RAAF contract. In 1932 it was taken over by the Australian Civil Aviation Board, Dept of Defence and registered VH-UAU. It was loaned to the Australian Aero Club (Tasmanian Section) based at Western Junction Airport, Launceston. Stored in a shed until the early ’60s. Now restored to static condition and on display in the Powerhouse Museum in Sydney where it is painted in Tasmanian Aero Club markings. Repaint by Peter Watkins.
