airberlin focuses on Eastern Europe: Dimitar Dimitrov is Regional Manager for Bulgaria and Romania

We are pleased that he has joined airberlin as the Regional Manager for Bulgaria and Romania, as Eastern Europe is a key market for the airberlin group. Dimitar Dimitrov has many years of experience in the airline industry and is joining airberlin from Austrian Airlines where he has gained over ten years of experience. In his latest position as a Regional Manager he was responsible for Eastern European markets such as Bulgaria and Montenegro, in addition to Kosovo and Macedonia.
The airberlin group offers with NIKI up to three daily flights from the hub Vienna to Sofia in Bulgaria and Bucharest in Romania. There is an array of feeder flights from numerous German cities available for example from Berlin or Frankfurt.
