Moscow Domodedovo Airport secures a Euro 165,000,000 debut syndicated term loan facility

 Moscow Domodedovo Airport (the “Company”) announced that it has successfully closed a Euro 165,000,000 debut syndicated term loan facility (the “Facility”). 


Mandated Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners under the Facility are ING Bank N.V., Raiffeisen Bank International AG and Rosbank (Société Générale Group). ING Bank N.V., Raiffeisen Bank International AG and Société Générale are acting as Fixed Rate Providers and ING Bank N.V. is acting as Coordinator. 


The Facility is structured as a 5-year unsecured amortising term loan and priced at EURIBOR + 2.8%. The proceeds of the Facility will be used for general corporate purposes including financing of capital expenditure. 

Moscow Domodedovo Airport is Russia’s largest airport in terms of passenger traffic. The total passenger traffic of the airport in 2011 was 25.7 million people, an increase of 15.5% compared with 2010.
