DAA Finance plc Statement

A number of recent changes have occurred on the boards of Dublin Airport Authority plc (“DAA”) and DAA Finance plc (“DAAF”). 



The terms of office of Mr Peter Barrett, Mr. Bill Cullen, Sir Michael Hodgkinson and Ms. Marie O’Connor as directors of DAA have expired. Mr Barrett has also ceased to be a director of DAAF. 



The Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport has indicated his intention to announce shortly a new chairman for DAA together with the appointment of four directors to fill the current vacancies on the board.
