Pilot Training: Round table discussion at Baltic Aviation Academy

Pilots and airline representatives who joined the Round Table at the Airbus A320 FFS opening event at Baltic Aviation Academy came to the agreement that human factor can never be entirely eliminated in pilot training. Issues including pilot selection, pilot training capabilities, training in full flight simulators and other discussed among representatives from countries ranging from Sweden to India at Baltic Aviation Academy’s discussion.
