According to the CEO of AviancaTaca, Fabio Villegas Ramirez: “The results so far during this transition year, are in line with company projections for the period. They are the product of the strategic implementation of plans for fleet renewal and growth developed in 2011. In the July-September period we added nine aircraft to the group operations (three Airbus A320s, four A319s, one ATR 42 and an exclusive cargo-only Boeing 767-300) and we continue to update our reservation and customer service systems. This has allowed us to fly to new destinations and to make the travel process more convenient.”
