FSX Scenery–Washington Dulles International Airport (KIAD), Virginia (VA). On November 20, 2008, runway 1L-19R at Washington’s Dulles International Airport (KIAD) was declared open by the US Department of Transportation. The existing runway 1L-19R was recently renamed to 1C-19C. The new runway is another north-south runway approximately 9,400 feet long and 150 feet wide. This runway became KIAD’s fourth runway.
