FS2004 Bloom Effect. Fiddling around with FS2004 and some custom textures from “ENBSeries”. Boris Vorontsov created a special d3d9.dll for custom effects like bloom, motion blur and more. Using only bloom decreases frame rates by 2-3 fps from around 45 fps and all maxed out. Use is easy – copy the dll to fs9 folder, run FS2004, and activate By Wilhelm Hudetz.
