– FS2002 Southampton & Regional Area Scenery

FS2002 Southampton & Regional Area Local Add-on Scenery v1.00 – Module 2: Southampton Eastern Docks. Module 2 reflects the working commercial and container terminal port of Southampton Eastern Docks and links with Southampton Western Docks scenery (Module 1:DocksW – SOTON02A.ZIP). The scenery includes cranes, flour mills, dry docks and neighbouring Ocean Village as well as Royal and Town Quay Piers – the latter being the gateway to Hythe and IOW ferry terminals. The ‘QE2’ can also be seen departing from the QE2 Ocean Terminal. The complete scenery when finished (12 modules in all) will reflect passenger ocean terminals, container ports andshipping traffic, shipyards (including Marchwood Military Port & Vosper Thornycroft), town quays, marinas, Hythe, Weston Shore, Esso Oil Refinery and Calshot Spit with its castle marking the entrance to Southampton Water. Cargo and container ships as well as ocean liners, such as the ‘Oriana’, may be seen entering/leaving Southampton Water and The Solent. By B. Semmens.
