FSX – Freeport Water Tank Complex
FSX – Freeport Water Tank Complex. The Freeport Water Tank Complex is a 3 million gallon water reservoir located about 2 miles South of Sacramento Executive airport (KSAC) and is a prominent landmark used by the tower and pilots on approach to the facility. The tank is of welded construction and was built in the late 1950’s. It is 140′ tall, 126′ in diameter and stands on 27 support columns.
