BOEING 777 Landing + Departure – HEAVY PLANE meeting at Liege (4K)A Boeing 777 of Qatar just finished another cargo flight from Chicago while an Ethiopian B777 Freighter was on its way to the active runway prior a long haul flight fo PEK. Liege is known for interesting cargo traffic but sometimes you only have four or five movements during daylight. It was a lucky coincident to see two Boeing 777 moving at the same time.

The Ethiopian livery always looks stunning when the sun is shining and I am quite happy to see them at Liege quite often. Since many years Liege is the main european homebase of Ethiopian Cargo and they use this airport as the gateway to Africa. Ethiopian also operates flights from Liege to Asia and I have seen them starting flights to Miami aswell.
