FSX – Auster AOP9 G-AXRR. A repaint for Dave Molyneaux’s FS2004 Auster AOP-9 for flightsimmers who wish to use it in FSX.
G-AXRR c/n B5/10/178 was delivered to the Army Air Corps in January 1962 as XR241. Used by Major M Somerton-Rayner and his team as the official Army Air Corps entry in the 1969 BP England to Australia Air Race. Presented to the Shuttleworth Collection by the Army Air Corps in January 1971.Sold in 1983 and passed through several owners. Currently airworthy and based at Eggesford airfield, Devon.
