RARE: French Air Force Airbus A310-304 Landing RWY 15L @ Toronto Pearson Int’l September 21, 2017Hello everyone! Welcome to this video!

Lets start military week on my channel! From Monday-Friday, I will be uploading all the military catches that I caught during the time the 2017 Invictus Games were held here in Toronto.

The third 2017 Invictus Games military movement was the French Team and German Team arriving on a French Air Force Airbus A310-300. As predictions go, some of us spotters were presuming for an Airbus A310-300 or an Airbus A340-200 so I am glad we were able to get one right with the Airbus A310-300.

On Thursday afternoon, before catching the NATO Boeing C-17 Globemaster III, I caught the French Air Force on radar over Quebec City as COTAM1012. I presumed that this would be one of the birds coming in for the games and it does turn out that I was correct. After catching the NATO Boeing C-17 Globemaster III landing on RWY 15L, I went back on the radar and found the French descending into Toronto on the downwind for RWY 15L and nailed him on the landing. After the landing, I went to the North End to catch the tow crew pulling him and parking him.
