RARE: Lufthansa Airbus A340-600 Landing RWY 05 @ Toronto Pearson Int’l May 22, 2016Hello everyone! We were very fortunate enough to get this awesome aircraft once again. For the second Sunday in a row, Lufthansa sent us an Airbus A340-600 instead of the regular Airbus A330-300 on the DLH494/495 Munich-Toronto flight. At first, I wasn’t planning on going out for this one, but I also knew that there was a Royal Air Force Lockheed C-130J Hercules here and an Icelandair Boeing 767-300ER/Winglets was coming in. As you have seen, I did catch those two, and then why not the Lufthansa as well, so I did stay to catch that too since who knows when they’ll come next to Toronto.
