Airbus A340-600 creating a WATER STORM – Lufthansa Airbus 340 DEPARTUREIt was a very wet day and the Lufthansa Airbus A340-600 started its journey from Düsseldorf to New York Newark. Since a few weeks Lufthansa upgraded the flight from an Airbus A340-300 to an A340-600. It` s amazing to see the power of the engines when the A340 started its take-off run. The A340 acted like an oversized hair drier, which had the task to remove the water from the runway.
