There’s a few shots, especially later in this video, the average avgeek certainly won’t see particularly often. When was the last time you leaned a camera out the upper deck of a 747? or got to see an up-close of the tail strobe? The old Northwest Airlines Boeing 747s used to fly out of Chicago O’Hare International Airport in the 1990s… perhaps one of these birds is the one that I vividly remember watching pushback out of the gate from ORD to Tokyo and Manila.

N669US (cn 24224/803) Originally a Northwest Airlines bird, this aircraft, like most of the current Delta 744 fleet has worn three different liveries: old Northwest, nwa Silver and red and finally Delta blue and white.
