FSX/FS2004 – FAE Fokker F27 Mk200 SAR. On January 21, 1955 Rescue Squadron 51 was created based on Tenerife. This unit soon moved to Gando Air Base in Gran Canaria and depending on various provisions was changing its name to the present denomination of 802 Squadron Air Force and RCC Canarias. The Squadron performed using the operational side plane or helicopter according to the type of mission. Their crews are trained and psyched to take off in the shortest period of time especially when human lives are endangered. The textures of the aircraft today are for the SAR (Search and Rescue Air) of the Spanish Air Force (FAE), the Fokker 27 is a long-range aircraft (1000 nautical miles range) and up to 11 hours of battery life maximum, depending on the flight profile. It is equipped with media to liaise at frequencies of air and sea bands, radar search and survival gear that can be sent in chains or composed rafts automatic inflation and kits or survival kits with all elements units essential for this purpose. To this material binds the signaling smoke coloring and slow descent flares to specific illumination areas.
