FSX Acceleration – Megafloat Test Platform. The real one was made of watertight sections joined together and anchored in Yokosuka harbour in Tokyo bay in 2000. Actual GA aircraft performed landing tests on it in July 2000. As best I can tell, it is the right shape, size, and position. This scenery uses all FSX stock objects, so no add-ons are needed to use it.
