Two lunchtime arrivals at Birmingham Airport (BHX) – both big, but of very contrasting design: Emirates 777-300ER A6-EBD and RAF C-17 ZZ177 make for an interesting comparison. The max takeoff weight for the 777 is 351 tonnes, and 265 tonnes for the C-17.
