FSX/Prepar3D – Scenery Ciudad Constitucion (MM71), BCS, Mexico. Ciudad Constitucion is a city in the Mexican state of Baja California Sur. It is the seat of the municipality of Comondo. Ciudad Constitucion’s population was 40,935 inhabitants in 2010. It is the fifth-largest community in the state. Ciudad Constitucion is a small city which serves as a gateway to Magdalena Bay.
