VTB-LEASING WILL FINANCE TRANSAERO AIRLINES PURCHASE OF BOEING 787 DREAMLINER

VTB Group’s credit committee approved VTB-Leasing’s funding the acquisition by Transaero Airlines of four Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft.Transaero Airlines and Boeing Commercial Airplanes firmed a contract for four 787-8 Dreamliners valued at $744 million at list prices.

VTB-Leasing is the largest leasing partner of Transaero Airlines. The companies started cooperation in 2004. The fact that VTB-Leasing is financing such a large-scale deal clearly shows that the air carrier and the lessor continue to expand their cooperation.
