Air Moldova: Economic indicators, November 2011
In November 2011 on regular flights of Air Moldova airline were transported 35 ths. passengers, that is by 13% more in comparison with the similar period of 2010.
The largest growth of passenger traffic was recorded on directions Chisinau-London (99%), Chisinau-Paris (82%), Chisinau-Vienna (44%), Chisinau-Madrid (39%), Chisinau – Kiev (23%).
More than 700 passengers used in November Air Moldova transfer service from Moscow, Sochi, Kiev and Bucharest to Europe, through Chisinau International Airport as a transit HUB. In the period January- November 2011 there were transported more than 8900 transfer passengers.
In November 2011, the volume of cargo and mail transported by Air Moldova consisted 134 tons, indicating an increase of 63% in comparing with the similar period of 2010.
