FSX – Fulton Seaplane Base 0FD6. Fulton Seaplane Base is located 2 miles north of Sebastian, FL, business district in Ballard Cove and inlet along the east coast of Florida bordering the Atlantic. If learning to fly seaplanes this is a great base to fly into because it is very forgiving. The scenery was made with Instant Scenery and ADE9X. The scenery adds a seaplane dock, static seaplane, water vehicles, a medium marina, resort hotel, and estates to make landing here mre interesting. The real seaplane base does not have docking for seaplanes/float planes. Also included is an NDB (Non-Directional Beacon) to help you locate the seaplane base. By Bruce Bouley.
