FS2004 SAAF Tomahawk IIA ‘DB-D’, 2 Sqn SAAF North Africa 1941 WWII. Textures only; requires HAWK81B.ZIP. The Curtiss Tomahawk II was used during July 1941 to December 1941 in WWII during the Desert campaign in North Africa by the RAF and Commonwealth air forces. Among these Commonwealth air forces was the South African Air Force or SAAF. This Tomahawk serial AK452 “DB-D” aka “Romorky” of 2 Squadron was flown by F/O Aitken based in Lybia 1941 and is painted in desert camo with a special Cheetah nose art on the engine inlet to distinguish it being flown by the SAAF.
