FS2004/FSX Scevolution 9 + X. Scevolution is a scenery enhencement system for communities and individual pilots who are looking for some action and adventurer. Every time a new situation, a new adventure, a new task, enhanced with an appropriate “scene”. Basically, Scevolution is a complete set of scenery objects and a small updating utility. When a new update (read scene) is available and you run the updater, a small file is created and added to FS and voila, the new scene is directly available.
