– FS2004 Pitcairn PCA-2 / XOP-1 Autogyro

FS2004 Pitcairn PCA-2 / XOP-1 Autogyro. The PCA-2 appeared in 1931 as an improved version of the PCA-1 of 1929. Though it was seen by many as an aeronautical freak, the autogyro was a practical aircraft and an important step towards the true helicopter. To the best of the modelers’ knowledge this is the first freeware rotorcraft capable of true autorotation; with the engine off, the rotors will continue to turn and the aircraft will glide to a soft landing. Includes 2D and VC panels and nine authentic paints plus one fictional one. By David Wooster and Mick Morrissey.
