– FSX Scenery–Qalat Airstrip

FSX Scenery–Qalat Airstrip, Zabul Province, Afghanistan (OAQA). This airstrip is missing in FSX. Created from scratch using an Afghan airfield diagram. It’s nothing more than a clay landing strip and a hammerhead parking with three parking spots. Location and orientation are accurate. This airstrip was newly created by ISAF forces recently and is the first airstrip in Zabul province (north east of Kandahar). The airstrip is used by an aid organization for flights to Kabul twice a week, as well as by ISAF troops. At Qalat there is an Afghan Army camp in an old fortress and outside Qalat there is a military base called Camp Lagman where American and Romanian forces are stationed. By Ana Gana.
