FS2004 SBuilder, a freeware scenery creation tool for FS2004. SBuilder reads default BGL LWM and VTP files and produces the following types of scenery: mesh scenery, land and water class scenery, photo scenery, LWM masks and flattens, VTP polygons and VTP lines, exclude regions, exclusion rectangles and objects and macros.
