FSX – Alcantarí International Airport

FSX – Alcantarí International Airport – (Yamparaez-Sucre), Bolivia, SL02. The Alcantarí International Airport is a new airport under construction in Yamparaez municipality, Chuquisaca, Bolivia, around 35 Km to the south of Sucre City. Alcantarí International. It will support increasing air traffic to Bolivia’s capital and better connections between Sucre and the rest of Bolivia and beyond. The airport resides at an elevation of 10.210 ft (3.112 m) above mean sea level. The new airport will have one runway designated 18/36 (pending of confirmation) with an asphalt surface measuring 11,811 by 147.63 ft (3,600 m by 45 m). Despite the airport not yet being open, it has already received its first flight, when president Evo Morales touched down in his presidential jet and other authorities in other jets on 22nd May 2015 to inspect progress. The little town of Alcantarí an the little city of Yamparaez are Included in this package.
